摘要
腺苷三磷酸结合盒转运蛋白(ABC转运蛋白)是在所有物种中均存在的庞大且高度保守的转运蛋白基因家族,可调控多种微生物的致病力,在微生物适应宿主环境和在对抗抗生素中发挥重要作用.牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis)是牙周炎的重要致病菌,其致病力受到多种毒力因子调控.本文就ABC转运蛋白的结构和功能及其调控P.gingivalis致病力的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
The adenosine triphosphate binding cassette transporter(ABC transporters),as one of the largest transmembrane protein superfamilies,are found in all domains of life and highly conservative.Bacterial ABC transporters are essential for the pathogenicity of a wide range of microorganisms,and play a vital role in their adaptation to the environment and antibiotic resistance.Porphyromonas gin-givalis(P.gingivalis)is a major pathogen of periodontitis,and its pathogenicity is regulated by several virulence factors.In this arti-cle,we review the structure and function of ABC transporters,and their regulation to the P.gingivalis pathogenicity.
