摘要
牙髓炎是主要由细菌感染导致的炎症性疾病,其发展、转归与免疫应答息息相关,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)介导的免疫调控可能作为新的药物靶点用于牙髓炎的治疗.现就lncRNA参与免疫应答的作用及其与牙髓炎症反应关系的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Pulpitis is an inflammatory disease mainly caused by bacterial infection,and its development and outcome are closely re-lated to immune response.Long noncoding RNA-mediated immune regulation may be used as a new drug target for the treatment of pul-pitis.This article reviews the role of lncRNA in immune response and the relationship between lncRNA and pulpitis.
