Research progress of factors influencing the accuracy of digital impressions for implant restoration
Digital impressions are accepted by clinicians and patients because of their many advantages such as convenience,speed,and improved patient comfort.In recent years,it has been continuously applied in various fields of prosthodontics.For inlays,single crowns and fixed bridges,digital impressions have shown good accuracy and clinical results,but the accuracy is still not ideal for long span implant restorations and complete denture restorations.In this paper,factors affecting digital impressions will be reviewed.
