摘要
四面体框架核酸(tFNAs)作为DNA多面体中最简单的一种,其在口腔医学领域的应用潜力正逐步显现.tFNAs因其优异的细胞内化能力、组织渗透性、强大的可编辑性和可预测性不断引人关注.该文总结tFNAs在制备及生物行为调控方面的优势,并重点探讨其在口腔医学领域中的最新研究进展和潜在应用价值,为未来核酸类药物实现更广阔的临床应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
As the simplest type of DNA polyhedron,tetrahedral framework nucleic acids(tFNAs)gradually show their potential in sto-matology.tFNAs continue to attract attention due to their excellent endocytosis ability,tissue permeability,strong editability,and pre-dictability.This article summarizes the relevant literature,discussing the advantages of tFNAs in preparation and biological behavior regulation.It focuses on the latest research progress and potential application value of framework nucleic acids in stomatology.It pro-vides a theoretical basis for future nucleic acid drugs to achieve broader clinical applications.
