摘要
目的:评估非调和型,光固化和流动树脂粘接剂对人口腔成纤维细胞的毒性作用.方法:每种粘接剂做成12块试件,于细胞培养基中分别培养1、3、5、7d,用MTT方法检测细胞活性.结果:经过1d培养,非调和型粘接剂表现出中度毒性反应(P<0.05),而光固化和流动树脂粘接剂则表现出无毒.随着时间推移,非调和型粘接剂的毒性缓慢降低.在第5天和第7天的试验中,3种树脂的细胞活性没有明显差异,但细胞活力在第7天均明显下降.结论:非调和型粘接剂在第1天中的中度毒性说明牙医和患者在进行此种树脂的操作中均应适当防护.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the cytotoxic effects of a no-mix (Unite),a light-cured (Tranbond XT),and a flowable (Denfil Flow) adhesives on human oral fibroblasts.Methods:Twelve discs of each adhesive were prepared and aged for 1,3,5,and 7 days.Cell viability was assessed by MTT assay.Results:After 1 day of storage,the no-mix adhesive showed moderate cytotoxic effects (P<0.05),while the light-cured and flowable adhesives were essentially non-cytotoxic.Ageing considerably reduced the cytotoxicity of the no-mix adhesive.On days 5 and 7 of the experiment,the cell viability of three adhesives was not different significantly,but cell viability was slightly reduced on day 7.Conclusion:Moderate cytotoxic effects of no-mix adhesive on the first day of the experiment suggest that care should be taken to protect dentists and patients when these adhesives are being handled.
