牙缺失后常因病理性骨缺失或生理性改建出现软硬组织不足,牙龈塌陷,影响美观.本文报道1例对上中切牙缺失后软硬组织不足伴余前牙骨开窗的患者进行引导性骨再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR)术,得到了良好的软硬组织增量重建效果.
Abstract
After tooth loss,soft and hard tissues are often insufficient and gums collapse due to pathological bone loss or physiological modification,which affects aesthetics.In this paper,a patient with insufficient soft and hard tissue and residual anterior bone fenestration after the loss of upper middle incisors was subjected to guided bone re-generation.The incremental reconstruction of soft and hard tissues was obtained.
