Refractory Erosive Hypertrophic Oral Lichen Planus:A Case Report
Oral lichen planus,a chronic immunoinflammatory disease mediated by T lymphocytes,clinically man-ifests as white reticulation symmetrically distributed on the mucosa,with or without congestive erosion.We report a patient with oral white reticulation,extensive erosion,and hyperplasia on the tongue,who was diagnosed with e-rosive hypertrophic oral lichen planus,aiming to explore the clinical manifestations,histopathological features,di-agnosis and differential diagnosis,and therapy of such disease,and thus serving as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
