摘要
口腔扁平苔藓是一种由T淋巴细胞介导的慢性免疫炎性疾病,临床上多表现为黏膜上对称分布的白色网纹,伴或不伴糜烂.本文报道了 1例以口腔白色网纹伴广泛糜烂,右舌腹炎性增生物为首发表现,最终确诊为糜烂型增生性口腔扁平苔藓的少见病例,旨在探讨该疾病的临床表现、组织病理学特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗手段,以期为临床上对该类疾病的诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
Oral lichen planus,a chronic immunoinflammatory disease mediated by T lymphocytes,clinically man-ifests as white reticulation symmetrically distributed on the mucosa,with or without congestive erosion.We report a patient with oral white reticulation,extensive erosion,and hyperplasia on the tongue,who was diagnosed with e-rosive hypertrophic oral lichen planus,aiming to explore the clinical manifestations,histopathological features,di-agnosis and differential diagnosis,and therapy of such disease,and thus serving as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
