摘要
龈乳头退缩产生的"黑三角"会导致美观缺陷、发音障碍、食物嵌塞等一系列问题,而且影响牙周健康.因此,龈乳头重建对于口腔的美观和功能来说都十分重要.但由于血供来源少且位置狭窄,龈乳头部位的组织重建是美学区域最困难的治疗之一.本文通过回顾既往文献,从龈乳头重建的理论基础出发,阐述当前治疗龈乳头退缩的手术术式和非手术治疗方法,重点总结了用于龈乳头重建的新兴策略如激光疗法、生长因子疗法、细胞疗法、支架疗法,以期为龈乳头重建治疗方案的选择及新技术的研究发展方向提供一定参考.
Abstract
Gingival papillary defect can produce black triangle,which leads to a series of problems such as aesthet-ic defects,pronunciation disorders,and food impaction,and even affects periodontal health.Therefore,gingival pa-pillary reconstruction is important for oral aesthetics and function.However,tissue reconstruction of gingival papil-la is one of the most difficult treatments in the aesthetic area due to the low blood supply and narrow location.By reviewing the literature,based on the theoretical basis of gingival papillary reconstruction,this paper mentions the current surgical methods and non-surgical treatment methods,and comprehensively summarizes emerging strategies based on laser,growth factor,cell,and scaffold,in order to provide certain references for the clinical treatment of gingival papillary reconstruction.
