摘要
碳量子点(carbon quantum dots,CQDs)是一种新型生物荧光碳纳米材料,易合成、易被修饰,具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性和丰富的光电特性等优良性能.同时,其在抗菌和促成骨方面也显示出极大的优势.本文主要对CQDs的常见性能特点进行综述,总结了其抗菌疗效、抗菌机制和促成骨分化潜能,并探讨了其在口腔感染性颌面骨缺损治疗领域的应用前景.
Abstract
Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)is a novel biofluorescent carbon nanomaterial which could be easily syn-thesized and modified.It has excellent properties such as good biocompatibility,chemical stability,and photoelec-tric properties.Moreover,CQDs shows great potential in the field of antibacterial and bone regeneration.In this study,we reviewed the common characteristics of CQDs,especially its antibacterial effects,antibacterial mecha-nism,and properties of promoting bone differentiation.Meanwhile,we investigate its potential role as a treatment agent for oral infectious maxillofacial bone defects.
