颌面部增生性外毛根鞘囊肿1例

摘要
增生性外毛根鞘囊肿(Proliferating Trichilemmal Cyst,PTC),也称为增生性外毛根鞘瘤,是由于人体内的某些相关基因产生突变,使得毛囊外根鞘细胞出现异常增殖而形成的突出于皮肤表面的肿物.该病变90％以上发生于头皮,也可见于四肢、耳朵等部位,发生于颌面部较为罕见.现报道1例我科收治的颌面部增生性外毛根鞘囊肿病例.
Abstract
Proliferating trichilemmal cyst is also known as proliferating trichilemmal tumor,which is a mass pro-truding from the surface of the skin caused by the abnormal proliferation of cells in the outer root sheath of the hair follicle due to mutations in the relevant genes in the body.More than 90％of the lesions occurred in the scalp.And it also occurred in the limbs,ears,and other parts.Occurred in the maxillofacial region is rare.A case of prolifera-ting trichilemmal cyst in the maxillofacial region admitted to our department is reported.
