摘要
多形性腺瘤是最常见的唾液腺肿瘤之一,然而特别巨大的多形性腺瘤伴恶变较为少见.本文报道了 1例77岁男性左腮腺巨大多形性腺瘤恶变患者的诊治经过,查体见一大小约20.0 cm×18.0 cm×18.0 cm的肿物,手术完整切除肿物.
Abstract
The most common salivary gland tumor is pleomorphic adenoma,but particularly giant pleomorphic adenoma with malignant transformation is relatively rare.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a 77-year-old male patient with malignant transformation of giant pleomorphic adenoma of left parotid gland.Physi-cal examination showed a mass with a size of 20.0 cm× 18.0 cm× 18.0 cm,and the tumor was completely removed after surgery.
