Pemphigus is a severe and chronic autoimmune blistering disorder that typically presents as cutaneous and mucosal blisters and erosions.Pemphigus in pregnancy is rarely reported and may lead to both maternal and fe-tal complications,so early diagnosis and management are quite crucial to improve outcomes.Herein,we presented a case of pemphigus during pregnancy with lesions confined to oral cavity.The aim of this report was to explore the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment of this rare condition,and to provide a refer-ence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
