摘要
毛舌是一种发生在舌背的毛发状病损,可被食物、烟草或者显色的微生物染色,从而呈现多种颜色如白色、黄褐色和黑色.毛舌是一种良性损害,但可引起口腔异味、口干、美观等问题,使患者生活质量降低.目前毛舌的发病机制尚未阐明,本文总结现有研究下毛舌的病因和发病机制,其可能涉及丝状乳头代谢异常、口腔微生物失衡、免疫异常状态和相关药物的使用.
Abstract
Hairy tongue is a hairy lesion on the dorsal surface of the tongue that can be stained by food,tobacco,or microorganisms,resulting in a variety of colors such as white,tan,and black.Hairy tongue is a kind of benign lesions that can cause halitosis,dry mouth,aesthetic problems,so that patients'quality of life is reduced.At pres-ent,the pathogenesis of hairy tongue has not been clarified.This review summarizes current studies on the etiology and pathogenesis of hairy tongue,which may be related to metabolic abnormality of filiform papillae,oral microbio-ta imbalance,immune abnormal phenomenon,and use of certain drugs.
