摘要
隐形矫治器对推磨牙远移有独特的优势,随材料学和生物力学的不断发展,其矫治效率有了明显提升,适应证范围也在不断扩大,但仍然存在支抗丧失、关节问题、牙根吸收等临床问题,以及材料性能不足、解剖学限制等制约因素.正畸医师在矫治中应综合考量多方面因素,以有效解决临床面临的问题、提升矫治效率.本文就隐形矫治器推磨牙远移所面临的临床问题及其解决策略作一综述,以期为临床技术的改进提供参考.
Abstract
With advancements in materials and biomechanics,the efficiency of molar distalization with clear aligners has significantly improved,leading to an expanded range of indications.However,therapeutic challenges such as anchorage loss and temporomandibular joint issues persist,alongside constraints such as material properties and anatomical limitations.Orthodontists must consider various factors to address these clinical issues and enhance efficiency.This article reviews the clinical challenges associated with molar distalization using clear aligners and proposes preventive strategies to guide clinical improvement.
