摘要
目的 通过动物实验模型分析前方牵引微种植固位钉微弧氧化(micro-arc oxidation,MAO)表面处理对固位钉周围骨组织的影响.方法 选择4~5月龄、体重(2.58±0.18)kg的健康雄性新西兰大白兔9只,在全麻下采用非助攻法于兔左右后腿分别植入未MAO表面处理固位钉(A组)、螺纹部MAO表面处理固位钉(B组),并施加200 g力.在术后4周、8周、12周分别处死3只实验兔,取带有固位钉的硬组织样本,制作甲苯胺蓝染色的硬组织切片,观察钉周围新生骨量以及钉骨结合情况,并对所有实验测量数据进行统计学分析.结果A、B两组在8周时微种植钉周围新生骨量的体积比分别为10.17±0.72、12.32±1.00(P=0.015),差异有统计学意义,4周、12周时新生骨量的差异无统计学意义.A组钉在4周、8周、12周三个时期新生骨量的体积比分别为8.57±2.47、10.17±0.72、13.71±1.67(P=0.034),B组钉在4周、8周、12周三个时期新生骨量的体积比分别为9.88±2.03、12.32±1.00、15.1±1.99(P=0.009).A、B两组固位钉在 4 周、8 周、12 周骨结合率均无统计学意义的差异.结论 前方牵引固位钉MAO表面处理未明显增加微种植固位钉骨结合效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of micro-arc oxidation(MAO)surface treatment on the surrounding bone tissue of anterior traction miniscrews through an animal model.Methods Nine healthy male New Zealand white rabbits,aged 4-5 months and weighing(2.58±0.18)kg,were selected.Under general anesthesia,miniscrews without MAO surface treatment(Group A)and screws with MAO surface treatment on the threaded part(Group B)were inserted in the rabbits'left and right hind legs,respectively,using a non-assistive method.A force of 200 g was applied.After 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks,three experimental rabbits were sacrificed at each time point,and hard tissue samples containing the miniscrews were collected.Toluidine blue-stained hard tissue sections were made to observe the amount of new bone formation around the screws and the screw-bone interface.All experimental data were statistically analyzed.Results The volume percentages of new bone formation at 8 weeks were 10.17±0.72 for Group A and 12.32±1.00 for Group B(P=0.015),showing a statistically significant difference.However,there was no statistically significant difference in new bone formation at 4 weeks and 12 weeks.In Group A,the volume percentages of new bone formation at 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks were 8.57±2.47,10.17±0.72,and 13.71±1.67,respectively(P=0.034).In Group B,the volume percentages of new bone formation at 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks were 9.88±2.03,12.32±1.00,and 15.1±1.99,respectively(P=0.009).The bone-to-screw contact rates(%)in both Group A and Group B showed no statistically significant differences at 4 weeks,8 weeks,or 12 weeks.Conclusions MAO surface treatment of anterior traction miniscrews did not significantly enhance the bone integration of mini-implant retention screws.
