摘要

2023年天津市初中学业水平考试英语学科试卷坚持落实立德树人,全面考查核心素养,强化对学生德智体美劳全面发展的导向作用.严格依据《义务教育英语课程标准(2022版)》和初中英语教材命题,注重学生思维品质的考查,突出考查学生英语学科关键能力.试卷结构和难度设计科学平稳,在积极反拨初中英语教学的同时,助力深化义务教育教学改革,促进减负提质,巩固"双减"成果.

Abstract

The English Paper of 2023 Tianjin Middle School Academic Level Examination implements the tasks of cultivating students with moral integrity,assesses the students'core competencies and strengthens the positive guiding role in the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education.Based on compulsory education English curriculum standards(2022 edition)and the English textbooks for the students in middle schools strictly,the paper focuses on the assessment of thinking quality and highlights the assessment the students'key capacity for the English learning.The structure of the paper and the design for the degree of the difficulty are scientific and steady.While playing a positive role in the washback on middle school English teaching and learning,the paper helps deepen the reform of compulsory education,promote the alleviation of the students'burdens and improve the quality of English teaching and learning as well as consolidate the achievements in"double reduction"policy.
