国际视野下的三种高考改革路径及其启示

摘要
为应对21世纪激烈的国际竞争,世界各国基于自身的文化背景与教育现状,纷纷启动高考改革.纵观国际,高考改革可以分为3种路径:一是以终身学习理念为驱导,融合普教与职教,开展以标准为本的证书制度评价模式;二是面向未来人才需求,协同基础教育与高等教育,开展学力为本的多元评价模式;三是立足教育理想,整合课程改革与考试改革,开展以核心素养为本的评价模式.这3种模式虽各具特色,但总体呈现出育人为本、协同改革、素养导向等趋势,为我国新时代高考改革带来以下启示:第一,适当探索标准为本的证书制度评价,创新普职融合的路径;第二,适当探索未来人才导向的高中大学衔接评价策略,纵向打通人才培养路径;第三,进一步优化核心素养为本的高考评价内容改革,探索跨学科素养的选科考试制度.
Abstract
To adapt to the international competition in the 21st century,many countries worldwide have initiated the reform of the"new university entrance examination"based on their cultural background and education problems.Generally speaking,there are roughly three paradigms.First,a standard-based certificate examination paradigm that realizes the integration of general education and vocational education driven by the idea of lifelong learning.Second,it is a paradigm of learning abilities-based multiple evaluations to meet the demand of future talents,reaching the goal of cooperating basic education system and higher education system.Third,it is a paradigm of key competencies-based examination that integrates the curriculum reform and examination reform led by the educational desired outcomes.Although the three paradigms have their characteristics,there are some common trends which bring certain enlightenment to the reform of university entrance examination in China:①to explore appropriate evaluation standard for the certificate system,innovation of general education fusion path;② appropriately explore the future talent-oriented high school and university connection evaluation strategy to vertically open up the path of talent training;③ further optimize the core literature-based college entrance examination evaluation content reform and explore the subject selection examination system of interdisciplinary literature-based.
