学校氛围对教师创新能力的影响:团队合作和工作压力的双中介作用——基于TALIS 2018上海教师数据

摘要
创新能力是教师重要的核心素养之一.教师创新能力的提升不仅能够推动教学提质,还能够培养学生的多元化能力发展.探究影响教师创新能力的因素和机制必要且重要.采用2018年教育与学习国际调查对中国上海3976名教师的调查数据,从中选取学校氛围、团队合作、工作压力、教师创新能力4个变量进行路径分析.结果表明:学校氛围能够直接对教师创新能力产生影响,也能够通过团队合作或工作压力的中介作用影响教师创新能力.应当从师生关系、纪律风气、民主管理等方面营造更有利于教师发展的学校氛围,培养教师以解决问题为导向的团队合作价值观,通过学校制度或激励措施等优化教师压力管理,最大限度提升教师创新能力.
Abstract
Innovation is one of the important core qualities of teachers.The improvement of teachers'innovation can not only promote the teaching quality,but also cultivate the development of students'diversified abilities.Therefore,it is necessary and important to explore the factors and mechanisms that affect teachers'innovation.This study uses the survey data of 3976 teachers in Shanghai,China,from the 2018 Teaching and Learning International Survey,and selects four variables for path analysis:school atmosphere,team cooperation,work stress,and teacher innovation.The results show that school atmosphere can directly affect teachers'innovation,and also can affect teachers'innovation through team cooperation or work stress.Based on this,this research proposes to create a school atmosphere more conducive to teachers'development from the aspects of teacher-student relationship,discipline atmosphere,democratic management,etc.,cultivate teachers'problem-solving oriented team cooperation values,and optimize teachers'stress management through school systems or incentive measures,in order to maximize teachers'innovation.
