摘要
使用第一历史档案馆档案等史料,探究乾隆时期的"顺天丙子乡试冒籍实系枪替案".对案件的发生经过、判决结果及审案人员的执法过程等进行详细剖析.在相对完善的科举制度下,顺天府冒籍、枪替现象屡禁不止,实质是考生在区域公平与个人利益之间权衡利弊所做出的博弈.主要原因在于科考名额分配的不均、考生水平的地域差异、考试管理的疏漏、科举中式的反馈.
Abstract
This paper makes use of the archives of the First historical archives and other historical materials,through the Qianlong period to reveal the"substitute examination case of Shuntian Bingzi Provincial examination migrants".The occurrence of the case,the result of the verdict and the law enforcement degree of the adjudicators are analyzed.Under the relatively perfect imperial examination system of the Qing Dynasty,the phenomenon of"substitute examination"and"migrants examination"in Shuntianfu was repeatedly banned,and its essence was the"game"made by examinees to balance the advantages and disadvantages between regional justice and personal interests.The main reasons for this phenomenon are the uneven allocation of exam places,regional differences in examinee levels,the omission of examination management,and feedback on the imperial examination.
