The construction of action-oriented examination and evaluation system is a necessary requirement for strengthening the characteristics of vocational education.It is also an important initiative to ensure the high quality development of vocational education.The design of vocational education examination questions is the most critical link in the evaluation system of vocational education examinations and an important factor affecting the quality of talent cultivation.The design of action-oriented vocational education test questions is based on three main logics.Firstly,knowledge is the prerequisites for completing vocational actions.Secondly,real situations are the key to action competence performance.Thirdly,product outcomes are the basis for action competence measurement.The design of examination questions should follow six steps:analysis of competencies and tasks,embedding in real situations,analysis of knowledge and actions,preparation of resources and conditions,collection of product results,and construction of results matrix.
