摘要

研究生教育在培养创新人才和推进国家治理体系以及治理能力现代化方面具有重要作用.研究生指导教师作为研究生培养的第一责任人,对于研究生教育高质量发展起着关键作用.现有的导师评价机制,对专业学位研究生导师与学术学位研究生导师的评价还存在同质化、分类评价区分不突出等问题,导师评价机制与人才培养需求的契合度还不够高.遵循新时代研究生教育教学规律,反思专业学位研究生导师评价机制及执行过程中存在的问题,从评价主体、评价导向、评价要素和组织实施等方面入手,探索建立针对专业学位研究生导师的科学评价机制.

Abstract

Graduate education plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capabilities.As the primary responsible person for graduate education,graduate supervisors play a crucial role in the high-quality development of graduate education.However,in the existing tutor evaluation mechanism,there are still some problems in the evaluation of professional degree postgraduate tutors and academic degree postgraduate tutors,such as homogenization,untypical classification distinction and inconsistencies between talent cultivating needs and tutor evaluation mechanism.Following the rules of postgraduate education and teaching in the new era,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the evaluation mechanism of postgraduate tutors with professional degrees,this paper explores and establishes a scientific evaluation mechanism for graduate tutors with professional degrees from the aspects of evaluation subject,evaluation orientation,evaluation elements and the implementation of the organization.
