摘要
当前我国正处于数字化转型时期,突破以往的教育管理手段,使用数字化方式解决传统工作模式的难题是一大转型关键.在线预约是一种数字化的工具,用于管理个人或组织的预约.教育招生考试工作涉及的考试科目多、参考人数多、组考流程多,极易受到突发公共事件影响或造成舆情及突发公共事件.在适当环节引入并应用在线预约,如现场审核、咨询服务等,可以很好地服务考生、服务社会.在线预约使用便捷、操作简单,能为考生带来极大便利,促进招生考试服务质量提升.
Abstract
At present,China is in a period of digital transformation,breaking through the previous means of education management and using digital methods to solve the problems of traditional work mode is a major key to transformation.Online reservation is a digital tool for managing appointments for individuals or organizations.The work of educational admission and examinations involves many examination subjects,many examinees and many organizing processes,which are highly susceptible to unexpected public events or may cause public opinion and public emergencies.To use online reservation function in the appropriate steps such as on-site audits,counselling services,can serve student and the community better.Online reservation is easy to use,simple to operate and offers great convenience to students,which in turn can promote the service level of the admissions and examinations authority.
