滇西老王寨金矿区蛇纹岩的地球化学与铂族元素组成特征:对古特提斯洋演化的启示

滇西老王寨金矿床位于哀牢山构造带的北段,区内大规模出露主要由蛇纹岩化超镁铁质岩组成的早石炭世蛇绿混杂岩.由于对蛇绿混杂岩的成因、构造环境及地球动力学背景认识不清,限制了对古特提斯构造演化的理解.本文通过系统野外调查观测和蛇纹岩新鲜样品采集,开展了岩石学、全岩化学组成与铂族元素组成分析,综合探讨了蛇纹岩的原岩与成因.蛇纹岩主要由等细粒蛇纹石组成,含有少量的水镁石、磁铁矿等.全岩具高的MgO、Ni、Cr及Mg#值(96.6~97.8),低w(Al2O3)(1.60%~2.30%).微量元素原始地幔值标准化图解显示,蛇纹岩具有亏损高场强元素(如Nb、Ti)的特点;稀土元素分布模式整体呈平坦型分布,无明显的Eu异常.蛇纹岩高的Ir族PGE(IPGE:Ir值范围为0.78x10-9~2.9×10-9,Os值范围为2.40×10-9~6.50×10-9,Ru值范围为1.10×10-9~4.00×10-9)和高IPGE/PPGE值(1.8~2.2),具残留地幔岩特征,而非火成熔体堆晶成因.老王寨金矿区蛇纹岩与邻区早石炭世双沟方辉橄榄岩具相似地球化学特征,表明它们均为经历了一定程度熔体抽离后的地幔岩,代表了古特提斯洋岩石圈地幔的残留.
Geochemical and PGE compositional characteristics of the serpentinite in the Laowangzhai gold deposit of the Western Yunnan:Implications for the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean evolution
The Laowangzhai gold deposit in the western Yunnan is located in the northern part of the Ailaoshan tectonic belt.The early Carboniferous ophiolite mélanges,mainly composed of serpentinized ultramafic rocks,are exposed in the Laowangzhai gold deposit.Due to the unclear understanding of the petrogenesis,tectonic setting,and geodynamic background of the ophiolite mélanges,the understanding of the Paleo-Tethys tectonic evolution is limited.In this paper,based on the systematic field geological survey and observation,and sampling of the fresh serpentinite,we have carried out petrological study and the analysis of whole rock chemical compositions and platinum group element compositions of these rocks,and then have comprehensively discussed the original source and genesis of the serpentinite.The serpentinite is mianly composed of fine isogranular serpentine,with minor brucite and mgnetite.The serpentinite rocks are featureed with high contents of MgO,Ni,Cr,and Mg# values(96.6-97.8),but low Al2O3 contents(1.60%-2.30%).The primitive mantle-normalized trace element spidergrams show that the serpentinite rocks are depleted in some high field strength elements(such as Nb,and Ti).They have flat REE distribution patterns with no obvious Eu anomalies.They also have high contents of Ir group of PGE(IPGE:Ir=0.78×10-9-2.9×10-9,Os=2.40×10-9-6.50×10-9,Ru=1.10×10-9-4.00×10-9),and high IPGE/PPGE ratos(1.8-2.2),indicating that they were originated from the residual mantle rock rather than the ultramafic melt cumulate.The geochemical features of the Laowangzhai serpentinites are similar to those of the Early Carboniferous harzburgites in the Shuanggou region,indicating that they are both residual mantle rocks which had undergone a certain degree of melt extraction and they represent remnants of the lithospheric mantle of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean.
