In the problem of other minds,the most discussed is the perception-access mechanism of other minds.Although many theories have been put forward for the perception-access mechanism of other minds,they all focus on explaining why other minds can be perceptional-accessible,and ignore the discussion on the extension of other minds.This paper takes an important part of other minds'extension,the intention,to clarify several important problems about it.First of all,goal giving is defined as the action of assigning a result or an object to an agent.On this basis,it is pointed out that goal giving does not belong to the perception-access to other minds.Secondly,the argument that the intention attribution is the development of goal giving is presented.Thirdly,the analysis points out that intention classification includes at least two forms,i.e.,intent-direct perception and intent-flexible pro-cessing,and expounds the connotation and ontogeny of both.
