人工智能时代医疗领域性别公正问题及其治理

摘要
随着社会的发展进步,性别平等与公正问题日益受到人们的关注.医疗领域长期存在性别不公现象,在人工智能时代中亦不例外.从医疗领域内部的角度看,我们需要在全面认识医疗领域的性别差异的基础上,培育医务人员的性别意识,在人工智能时代中大力推进性别医学研究,目前许多国家与学术机构都朝着这个方面开展了大量工作.从社会治理的角度看,我们应该推进数据公正,加强算法治理,实现社会观念与相关制度的发展进步.通过医疗领域性别公正问题的特殊性研究,我们倡导尽可能将人工智能伦理研究与具体的应用场景相结合,走向一种场景化的伦理探索.
Abstract
With the development and progress of society,the issue of sex and gender equality and fairness has at-tracted increasing attention.Sex and gender inequality has long existed in the medical field,and it is no exception in the era of artificial intelligence.From the internal perspective of the medical field,we need to cultivate the gen-der awareness of medical personnel on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of gender differences in medi-cine,and vigorously promote gender medicine research in the era of artificial intelligence.At present,many coun-tries and academic institutions have carried out a lot of work in this area.At the same time,we should promote data justice,strengthen algorithm governance,and change the social perceptions in order to improve the sex and gender fairness.This essay argues that we should try our best to integrate the research on AI ethics with specific application of AI technology so as to develop the context-specific AI ethics research.
