摘要
劝导技术作为可持续人机交互的重要组成部分,逐渐在生态建设与可持续发展中得到了较为广泛的使用.劝导性可持续发展技术系统的模式体现了新技术发展条件下技术中介作用的强化,有助于促成可持续行为.但劝导技术应用于生态建设也面临一些现实挑战,如不对称模式导致的主观化与不公平、缺乏对人的现实能力与丰富需求的尊重、对可持续性的狭隘理解与对人群差异性的忽视,以及可能走向违背个人自主性的技术家长制等.只有在技术设计与应用时遵循教育与自主性的原则,兼顾生态与伦理,才能较好地应对这些问题,充分发挥劝导技术在生态建设中的重要作用.
Abstract
As an important part of sustainable hum an-computer interaction,persuasive technology has gradually been widely used in ecological construction and sustainable development.The mode of persuasive sustainable devel-opment technology system reflects the strengthening of the mediating role of technology under the condition of new technology development,which is helpful to promote sustainable behavior.However,the application of persuasive technology in ecological construction also faces some present challenges,such as the subjectivization and unfairness caused by the asymmetric model,lack of respect for people's practical abilities and rich needs,narrow understand-ing of sustainability,the neglect of individual differences,and the possibility of technological paternalism that vio-lates individual autonomy.Only by following the principles of education and autonomy in the design and application of technology,and taking both ecology and ethics into account,can we better cope with these problems and give full play to the important role of persuasive technology in ecological construction.
