注水管柱大钩荷载测试仪的研制

摘要
为了确定冀东南堡滩海油田的大斜度井注水管柱的大钩荷载,掌握死绳端的受力,研制了大钩荷载测试仪.分析了快绳、游绳和死绳的受力特点,着重阐述了三点式大钩荷载测试仪和液压式大钩荷载测试仪的设计.分别对两种受力测试仪进行了下管柱和起管柱的现场实验.通过在现场应用表明:大钩荷载测试仪的工作性能良好、数据稳定、记录连续,测量误差在5%以内,满足性能设计要求.
Abstract
To determine the high-angle wells beach sea Jidong Nanpu oilfield water injection string hook load,master the dead ends of the rope' s force,hook load tester was developed.The fast line was analyed,abseiling and dead line of the force characteristics,and focus on the design of the three point type hook load tester and the hydraulic hook load tester,respectively on two kinds of force under the up and down pipe column tester in field experiment.Field application shows that hook load tester works well,data is stable,recording can keep continuous and measurement error is less than 5% to meet performance requirements.
