摘要

研究了高性能混凝土与掺聚丙烯纤维的高性能混凝土及其组分在高温作用下的热膨胀变形.试验结果表明:混凝土中粗骨料随着温度的增加线性膨胀;900℃时,其线膨胀率达到2.465%.素砂浆和掺纤维砂浆在高温下的线膨胀率曲线变化趋势相一致,且相同温度下,素砂浆的线膨胀率比掺纤维砂浆的要大,前者约为后者的1.0~1.5倍.混凝土的线膨胀率随着环境温度的升高线性增大,900℃时,素混凝土与掺纤维混凝土的线膨胀率分别达到1.210%和1.142%.

Abstract

The thermal expansion deformation of C60 high-performance concrete (HPC) with or without polypropylene fiber and its components at high temperature was investigated.Results show that the coarse aggregate in concrete linearly expand with the increase of temperature;at 900 ℃,the linear expansion ratio is 2.465 %.The expansion ratio of mortar with or without polypropylene fiber at high temperature changing trend is consistent;at the same temperature,the expansion ratio of mortar is bigger than the doped fiber mortar.The former is about the latter's 1.0 ~1.5 times.Concrete linearly expand with the increase of temperature,at 900 ℃,the doped fiber concrete and the concrete expansion ratio reached 1.210% and 1.142% respectively.
