外加剂对超高掺量粉煤灰混凝土性能影响研究

摘要
分别以氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、磷酸钠和氯化钙五种常见化学试剂作为超高掺量粉煤灰混凝土外加剂,测试了其7 d,14 d,28 d,56 d的抗压强度,并分析对比了各外加剂对超高掺量粉煤灰混凝土强度及水化反应的影响.实验结果表明:在0.5 mol/L浓度下,氯化钙和氢氧化钠组合溶液对粉煤灰混凝土早中后期强度均有明显的提升;而氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠和磷酸钠对其早中期强度有一定的提高,但对后期强度影响不大.
Abstract
Five common chemical reagents which is NaOH, Na2CO3, Na2SO4, Na3PO4 and CaCl2 respectively, were used as additives for the super high volume fly ash concrete.And then the compressive strength of 7 d, 14 d, 28 d and 54 d respectively was tested, and analyzed the difference on the fly ash concretes with different additives.The result shows that the CaCl2 combine with NaOH were the best additives which improved the compressive strength obvious in early, middle and last strength, NaOH, Na2CO3, Na2SO4 and Na3PO4 were effective on the early and middle strength but show little effect on last strength.
