Fireproof/fire-resistance is one of the basic indicators for aircraft engine components to meet airworthiness requirements. The pipelines transporting flammable liquids in fire zone are the key components. In order to predict the fire resistance test results of the nacelle pipeline and evaluate the fire resistance performance of the pipeline joints,a numerical analysis method was proposed to simulate the standard flame to obtain the third kind of boundary conditions, use the fluid-thermo-solid coupling method to obtain the temperature field in the fluid and solid domains when the heat transfer is stable through fluid-thermal-solid coupling simulation and con-duct structural deformation analysis as the thermal boundary conditions to inspect the contact state of the pipeline joints.Relevant re-sults were verified by the flame impact test of straight pipe and the fire resistance test of pipeline joint. The error between predicted temperature and test results was less than 3%.The predicted result of pipeline joint leakage was consistent with the test.
