不同树种与马尾松混交的短期生理效应

为了分析不同树种与马尾松混交对马尾松苗生理特性的影响,揭示马尾松与不同树种混交的生理机理,采用室内模拟试验,选择6种乡土树种(刺槐、桤木、枫香、香樟、木荷、杉木)与马尾松按照1:1比例混交种植,分别记为CH-M、QM-M、FX-M、XZ-M、MH-M、SM-M,以马尾松单独种植为对照,记为M(CK),分析混交后马尾松针叶的叶绿素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素)、抗氧化酶活性[超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)]、渗透调节物质(可溶性蛋白及脯氨酸含量)、植物转化酶活性[硝酸还原酶(nitrite reductase,NR)、酸性磷酸酶(acid phosphatase,ACP)]以及丙二醛(ma-londialdehyde,MDA)含量的变化,并运用Fuzzy综合评价法分析混交后的短期综合生理效应.结果表明,不同处理下马尾松苗的叶绿素含量(除CH-M)、抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD)及可溶性蛋白含量均高于对照,FX-M、MH-M处理效果最明显.FX-M处理下脯氨酸含量最高,SM-M、MH-M处理低于对照.MH-M处理下马尾松NR、ACP活性含量高于对照;FX-M及QM-M处理MDA含量显著高于对照及其他处理,MH-M处理中MDA含量最低.利用模糊隶属函数综合评价马尾松苗的生理效应得出不同处理下马尾松苗的综合生理效应排序为MH-M>FX-M>QM-M>XZ-M>CH-M>SM-M>M(CK).可见不同树种与马尾松混交对马尾松的生理特性产生的影响不同.马尾松混交后的综合评价值高于对照,针阔混交的综合评价值高于针叶与针叶混交(SM-M).从短期综合生理效应来看,混交效果最好的是MH-M处理,其次是FX-M和QM-M处理.研究结果为马尾松混交林的营造及马尾松纯林的林分改造提供了科学依据.
Short-term Physiological Effects of Different Tree Species Mixed with Pinus massoniana
In order to analyze the impact of mixing different tree species and Pinus massoniana on the physiological characteristics of Pinus massoniana seedlings,and reveal the physiological mechanism of mixing Pinus massoniana with different tree species,indoor simulation experiments were conducted to select 6 local tree species[Robinia pseudoacacia L.,Alnus cremastogyne Burk.,Liquidambar formosana Hance,Cinnamomum camphora(Linn)Presl,Schima superba Gardn.et Champ.,Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.]and Pinus massoniana for mixed planting in a 1:1 ratio,denoted as CH-M,QM-M,FX-M,XZ-M,MH-M,SM-M,and Pinus massoniana separately planted as the control,denoted as M(CK).The chlorophyll(chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll),antioxidant enzyme activity[superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)],osmoregulation substances(soluble protein and proline content)changes in plant invertase activity[nitrate reductase(NR),acid phosphatase(ACP)],and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were analyzed,and the short-term comprehensive physiological effects after mixing were also analyzed using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the chlorophyll content(except CH-M),antioxidant enzyme activity(SOD,POD)and soluble protein content of Pinus massoniana seedlings under different treatments are higher than in the control,and the effect of FX-M and MH-M treatments are obvious.The proline content in FX-M treatment is the highest,and that in SM-M and MH-M treatment is lower than in the control.The NR and ACP activities under MH-M treatment are higher than in the control.The MDA content in FX-M and QM-M treatments is significantly higher than in control and other treatments,and the MDA content in MH-M treatment is the lowest.Using Fuzzy membership function to comprehensively evaluate the physiological effects,it is concluded that the comprehensive physiological effects of Pinus massoniana seedlings under different treatments are MH-M>FX-M>QM-M>XZ-M>CH-M>SM-M>M(CK).The comprehensive physiological effect of Pinus massoniana mixed with other tree species is higher than in the control,and the comprehensive evaluation value of mixed needle and broadleaf is higher than that of mixed needle and leaf(SM-M).In terms of comprehensive physiological effects,the mixed effect of MH-M treatment is the best,the next is FX-M and QM-M treatment.
