Analysis of Corrosion Characteristics of Key Tools in Cable Controlled Intelligent Injection Allocation System
Water injection was still one of the important measures for residual oil displacement, and digital injection and production control is an important development trend in China's oil fields. However, the lack of adaptability evaluation of intelligent injection tools in corrosive environments greatly restricted the development process of digital oil fields in China. To evaluate the adaptability of cable controlled intelligent injection tool materials in the complex underground environment of Xinjiang oilfield, the corrosion characteristics of two typical materials used for intelligent injection tools were evaluated through experimental methods under different temperatures and Cl-concentrations.The results show that as the temperature increases, the corrosion potential of material A decreases and the corrosion current increases, while material B has an increase in corrosion potential and a decrease in corrosion current. When the concentration of Cl-increases,material A exhibits a strong corrosion tendency.Within the range of well conditions studied, the surface passivation layer of material B was not damaged. It can be seen that under the studied well conditions, the corrosion resistance of material B is significantly better than that of material A.
