基于G1序-物元可拓模型的重庆庭院式农宅绿色舒适度评价

针对舒适度研究,当前缺乏从建筑及建筑环境角度进行系统性影响因素研究,基于绿色建筑评价标准和绿色农房建设导则等,在"巴蜀美丽庭院示范片"建设的政策指引下,从建筑设计、建筑室内环境和场地生态与室外物理环境3个方面构建重庆庭院式农宅绿色舒适度评价指标;利用G1序法确定指标的权重,物元可拓模型对庭院式农宅进行舒适度评价,以此确定舒适度等级,最后以重庆市庭院式农宅为例,进行环境性能模拟和现场实测,通过专家打分获取评价结果,并通过模糊综合评价方法和主观舒适度问卷调查对评价体系进行验证,结果表明舒适度评估结果一致,验证了评价模型的可行性,为重庆地区庭院式农宅的设计与改造提供优化方向.
Green Comfort Evaluation of Courtyard-style Farmhouse in Chongqing Based on G1 and Matter Element Extension Model
For the study of comfort,there is a lack of systematic research from the perspective of architecture and building environment.Under the policy guidance of the"Bashu Beautiful Yard Demonstration Piece",based on the evaluation standard of green building and the guidelines of Green House construction,the green comfort evaluation indexes of the courtyard type farmhouse in Chongqing were constructed from three aspects of architectural design,architectural indoor environment,site ecology and outdoor physical environment.The matter-element extension model was used to evaluate the comfort degree of courtyard-style farmhouse,and then the comfort degree was determined.Finally,taking a courtyard farm house in Chongqing as an example,the environmental performance was simulated and measured on the spot,and the evaluation results were obtained by experts'scoring,the evaluation system was validated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and subjective comfort questionnaire.The results show that the comfort evaluation results are consistent,which verifies the feasibility of the evaluation model,it provides the optimization direction for the design and transformation of courtyard type farmhouse in Sichuan-Chongqing area.
