Effects Law of Material Dynamic Rest Angle on the Structure of Mining Dump Truck Carriage
Focusing on the problem of material stability in the carriage of mining dump truck during driving,the influence of dynamic rest angle of materials in carriage on the structure design of carriage was studied.Firstly,based on discrete element method(DEM)simulation technology,the rest angle of coal particles in natural state was analyzed.Further,a simplified model of the carriage was established to study the dynamic repose angle of the material during the normal driving and climbing process of the mine car under different installation angles,and the sliding law of the material was analyzed.The results show that the dynamic repose angle of the material decreases with the increase of the installation angle of the carriage under the driving condition of the horizontal road surface,due to the sliding of the material in the carriage during the climbing process,the dynamic repose angle decreases slowly first,then increases and then decreases rapidly with the increase of the installation angle,the sliding of the material in the carriage can be effectively avoided when the installation angle is 10°.Finally,in order to ensure the stable loading and non-scattering of the carriage,the angle design formula of the rear end of the carriage side plate was proposed which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the carriage structure.
