大型连续式跨声速风洞是开展飞行器外形精确模拟、气动弹性评估和机体/推进一体化设计技术研究的重要地面试验设备,具备运行范围宽、动态指标要求高、系统组成复杂和投资规模巨大等特点.轴流压缩机是连续式跨声速风洞的动力源,被称为风洞的"心脏",对风洞性能指标实现、安全稳定运行具有决定性作用.风洞轴流压缩机与工业轴流压缩机、航空压气机相比有其相似性,也有其独特性.系统分析工业轴流压缩机中常见的故障类型、诊断预警方法、故障处理方案和健康监测等,对大型连续式跨声速风洞轴流压缩机设计制造和运行维护具有重要的借鉴意义.通过分析国内典型轴流压缩机故障处理案例,结合大型连续式跨声速风洞轴流压缩机关键技术研究,为大型连续式跨声速风洞轴流压缩机研制提供了参考建议.
Axial Compressor Fault Analysis and Prediction for Large Continuous Transonic Wind Tunnel
Being the most important test facility for aircraft shape precise simulation,aeroelastic evaluation and airframe/propulsion integration design technology research,large continuous transonic wind tunnel(LCTWT)has the characteristics of wide operating range,high dynamic index requirements,complex system composition and huge investment scale.Known as the"heart"of wind tunnel,axial flow compressor is the power source of LCTWT,and plays a decisive role in the performance indexes realization,operation safety and stability of wind tunnel.Based on industrial axial flow compressor and aviation compressor,wind tunnel axial flow compressor has its uniqueness.It could be of great value for LCTWT compressor development by systematically analyzing the common fault types,diagnosis and early warning methods,fault treatment schemes and health monitoring in industrial axial flow compressors.By analyzing typical fault handling cases of axial compressors in China and combining with the key technology research of axial compressors in large continuous transonic wind tunnels,reference suggestions are provided for the development of axial compressors in large continuous transonic wind tunnels.
