大型工业园区碳集中排放是导致环境恶化的重要原因之一.提出大型工业园区综合能源供应系统模型,包含能源输入、能源转换、能源存储三个模块,通过能源转换降低传统能源使用比例,为园区提供电、热、冷、气4种所需负荷.基于生命周期计算设备和能源的碳排放量,通过碳捕集技术对既有碳排放进行消纳,并将经济成本、碳排总放量和清洁能源利用率作为目标函数,利用改进的麻雀搜索算法(improved sparrow search algorithm,ISSA)对工业园区综合能源供应系统进行优化配置.算例结果表明,引入储能系统和电转气系统(power to gas,P2G)后,园区能源系统的清洁能源使用比例是之前的3.92倍,单位用电量下碳排放系数降低30.2%,综合单位电价降低0.38元,证明综合能源供应系统在满足园区能源需求的同时也可以降低碳排放量和经济投入.
Multi-objective Optimization of Integrated Energy Supply System in Large Industrial Park Based on Total Carbon Emissions of LCA
In order to solve the large industrial park carbon emissions caused by the concentration of environmental degradation.A model of integrated energy supply system for large industrial park was proposed,which contains three modules:energy input,energy conversion and energy storage.Energy conversion was used to reduce the proportion of traditional energy usage,and provide electricity,heat,cold and gas for the park.Calculate the carbon emissions of equipment and energy based on the life cycle,and absorb the exist-ing carbon emissions through carbon capture technology.Taking the economic cost,total carbon emission and clean energy utilization rate as the objective function,the improved sparrow search algorithm(ISSA)algorithm was used to optimize the configuration of the in-tegrated energy supply system in the industrial park.The results show that after the introduction of energy storage system and power to gas(P2G)system,the proportion of clean energy use in the energy system of the park is 3.92 times higher than that before.The carbon emission coefficient under unit electricity consumption is reduced by 30.2%.Comprehensive unit electricity price reduced by 0.38 yuan.It is concluded that the integrated energy supply system not only meets the energy demand of the park,but also reduces carbon emissions and economic input.
