电站调节阀阀体结构参数对流阻特性的影响

为了系统研究阀体结构参数对调节阀流阻特性的影响,采用数值模拟的方法,建立电站调节阀阀体模型,结合正交试验设计,研究调节阀阀体不同结构参数对流阻特性的影响.结果表明:调节阀阀体的结构参数对流阻系数的影响程度依次为上腔半径>下腔高度>上腔高度>阀体半长>下腔半径>中腔半径,同时再对阀体的入口角度进行优化分析,得到入口角度越小,流阻系数越小.通过正交实验优化和入口角度优化后得到的最优结构,其流阻系数与原结构相比降低了 19.45%,且流量特性曲线也更加理想.研究成果能够为套筒式调节阀的结构优化提供理论支持.
Influence of Structure Parameters of Power Plant Regulating Valve Body on Convection Resistance Characteristics
In order to systematically study the influence of valve body structural parameters on the flow resistance characteristics of the regulating valve,the model of the regulating valve body in power station was established by using the numerical simulation method.Combined with the orthogonal experimental design,the influence of different structural parameters of the regulating valve body on the convection resistance characteristics was studied.The results show that the influence degree of the structural parameters of the regulating valve body on the convection resistance coefficient is in the order of upper chamber radius>lower chamber height>upper chamber height>valve body half-length>lower chamber radius>middle chamber radius.Meanwhile,the optimization analysis of the inlet angle of the valve body shows that the smaller the inlet angle is,the smaller the flow resistance coefficient is.The optimal structure obtained after orthogonal experiment optimization and inlet angle optimization,its flow resistance coefficient is reduced by 19.45%compared with the original structure,and the flow characteristic curve is more ideal.The research results can provide theoretical support for the structure optimization of sleeve type regulator valve.
