硫酸盐浓度对水泥基材料传输性能的影响

为考察硫酸盐浓度对水泥基材料性能的影响,设计水灰比为0.5与0.35的砂浆试件,进行全浸泡试验,研究不同硫酸盐浓度对水泥基材料水分传输性能、力学性能与不同深度硫酸根离子传输性能的影响.结果表明:硫酸盐侵蚀后的水泥基材料,吸水量随着侵蚀龄期的增长而增大;水泥基材料的抗折、抗压强度随着硫酸盐侵蚀龄期与侵蚀溶液浓度的增加,呈现先增加后减小的趋势;随着硫酸盐浓度的增加,同深度硫酸根离子浓度随之增加;硫酸盐侵蚀水泥基材料会生成膨胀性产物填充内部孔隙,增加试件力学性能.
Effect of Sulfate Concentration on the Transport Properties of Cementitious Materials
To investigate the effects of sulfate on the properties of cementitious materials,mortar specimens with water-cement ratio of 0.5 and 0.35 were designed and subjected to full immersion tests to study the effects of different sulfate concentrations on the water transport properties,mechanical properties and sulfate ion transport properties of cementitious materials at different depths.The results show that the water absorption of cementitious materials after sulfate attack increases with the age of attack.The flexural and compressive strength of cementitious materials shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the age of sulfate attack and the concentration of attack solution.The concentration of sulfate ions increases with the increase of sulfate concentration and the concentration of sulfate ions at the same depth.The sulfate attack of cementitious materials produce swelling products to fill the internal pores and increase the mechanical properties of the specimens.
