Construction Sequence Planning of Power Transmission and Transformation Projects Based on Game Theory Combined Weighting and Improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution
Aiming at the issue that the construction sequence of transmission and transformation projects needs to be optimized, the construction priority evaluation method of power transmission and transformation projects was studied.Firstly, the construction priority evaluation index system for power transmission and transformation projects was constructed from four dimensions, including safety, economy, efficiency and environmental protection. Then, based on the thought of game theory(GT),the subjective weight and the objective weight obtained by order relation analysis method(G1)and criteria importance though intercrieria correlation(CRITIC)respectively was conbined.Grey relational analysis(GRA)was introduced to improve the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)based on combined weight, and a construction priority evaluation model for power transmission and transformation projects was established. Finally, the construction priority of four proposed 220 kV power transmission and transformation projects in a provincial power grid planning project library was evaluated and the construction sequence was planned. The result indicates that the proposed evaluation method has strong applicability, which can effectively support power grid infrastructure construction planning.
