城市干线信号控制策略综合评估体系

城市干线信号交叉口是路网交通流汇合和分离的节点,是保障城市交通顺畅通行的关键所在.面对信号控制策略评估方法单一的问题,构建了一种面向交通效率、交通安全和交通环境的综合指标体系,并利用组合赋权-模糊综合评价(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,FCE)模型对城市干线信号控制方案展开综合评估.最后以太原市兴华街干线的三种信控方案为例,借助VISSIM软件和间接安全模型,获取所需的评价指标值,计算综合得分.结果表明,在城市干线中使用信号联控方案最优,能有效提高干线的综合水平,其评估结果与实际结果较为一致,验证了评估体系的有效性.研究结果为城市干线信号系统的规划与管理提供了理论依据与技术支撑.
Comprehensive Evaluation System of Urban Traffic Arterial Signal Control Scheme
Signalized intersection is the junction of traffic flow in the road network,which is the key to ensure the smooth urban traffic.In order to solve the problem of single evaluation of urban arterial signal control scheme,a comprehensive index system was constructed oriented to traffic efficiency,traffic safety and traffic environment.Besides,combined weighting-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model(FCE)steps model were utilized to carry out comprehensive evaluation of urban arterial signal control scheme.Based on three signal control schemes of Xinghua street arterials in Taiyuan,the required evaluation index values were obtained by using VIS-SIM and surrogate safety assessment model software simulation,and the comprehensive score values of the three schemes were calculat-ed.The results indicate that they are consistent with the actual results basically,which verify the effectiveness of the evaluation sys-tem.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis and technological support for the preliminary planning and manage-ment of urban arterial signal system.
