Evaluation of Heat Storage Potential of the X-platform Guantao Formation in the Nanpu Sag in the Bohai Bay Basin
With the adjustment of energy structure and the promotion of"dual carbon"goals, the exploration and development of geothermal resources has gradually become a hot spot.Through geological data collation, geothermal gradient calculation, heat storage thickness interpretation, hydrogeochemical testing and numerical simulation of irrigation and harvesting, the geothermal geological conditions of the X-platform pavilion of the Nanpu Sag in the Bohai Bay Basin were discussed, and the potential of geothermal resources was clarified. The results show that the hot storage lithology of the Guantao Formation in the study area is mainly sand-conglomerate,and the sand-to-ground ratio is between 36.5%and 54.9%.The burial depth of the top boundary is between 2 160 m and 2 340 m,the buried depth of the bottom boundary is between 2 880 m and 2 996 m,the effective thickness of the thermal reservoir is between 223.4 m and 349.6 m,the porosity of the thermal reservoir is between 11.4%and 39.0%,and the average permeability is 348.8 × 10-3 μm2.The formation temperature is between 80.8 ℃ and 95.6 ℃.The thermal storage resource is 10.683 × 1018 J,equivalent to about 365 million tons of standard coal.Under the condition that the production and irrigation ratio of geothermal wells is 100%and the mining flow rate is 120 m3/h,it is concluded that the reasonable spacing of the production and irrigation wells with stable production for 30 years of geothermal water exploitation is 400 m.It provides an effective reference for the exploration and development of medium and deep hydrothermal geothermal resources in oil-bearing basins in China.
