摘要

承压容器与管道被广泛应用在能源工业、军工、科研等诸多领域,其运输介质通常伴有易燃易爆等特性,因此,确保其安全运行的重要性是不言而喻的.针对承压容器与管道的安全问题研究一直是一个重要的课题.针对含缺陷承压容器与管道的安全评定,首先介绍了中外最新基于"合于使用"为原则的常用标准规范的起源及最新成果,给出了缺陷评定采用的关键技术最新进展,以及影响评定结果的重要因素的研究现状,同时对缺陷容器管道的评定技术的应用现状做了简单的介绍.最后,提出了目前国内缺陷评定技术的存在的问题,为含缺陷承压容器与管道的安全评价的发展方向提出建议.

Abstract

Pressurized vessels and pipelines are widely used in the energy industry,military industry,scientific research and many other fields,and their transportation media are usually accompanied by flammable and explosive characteristics,so the importance of ensuring their safe operation is self-evident.The study of the safety of pressure vessels and pipelines has always been an important topic.The origin and latest achievements of the common standards and specifications based on the principle of"fit for use"at home and abroad were first introduced in the paper.The latest progress of key technologies used in defect assessment,as well as the research status of important factors influencing the assessment results,were also presented.Additionally,a brief overview of the application sta-tus of the assessment technology for defective containers and pipelines was provided.Finally,the existing problems in China's current defect assessment technology were highlighted,and suggestions for the development direction of safety assessments for pressure vessels and pipelines with defects were put forward.
