摘要

为解决高比例分布式电源接入配电网的节点电压波动等问题,提出了一种考虑智能软开关的配电网电压有功无功协同优化控制策略.首先,对影响节点电压波动的因素进行分析,说明可从有功和无功的角度对电压进行控制,对智能软开关的工作原理进行分析,它可以精确控制两侧所连馈线间传输的有功,且提供一定的无功功率;其次,建立了以有功网损最小和电压偏离最小为目标函数的配电网有功无功优化数学模型,并通过权重系数将其转化为单目标模型;再次,通过改进灰狼算法对本文所建模型进行求解;最后在IEEE33节点系统上进行仿真验证.结果表明:所提策略能有效减小系统节点电压波动和降低网损.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of node voltage fluctuation when high proportion of distributed power was connected to the distribution network,an active and reactive power cooperative optimal control strategy considering intelligent soft switch were presentsd.Firstly,the factors affecting the voltage fluctuation of nodes were analyzed,and the voltage can be controlled from the angle of active power and reactive power,and the working principle of intelligent soft switch was analyzed.It can precisely control the active power transmitted between the feeder lines connected on both sides and provide a certain reactive power.Secondly,a mathematical model of active and reactive power optimization of distribution network with minimum loss and minimum voltage deviation as objective functions was established,which is transformed into a single objective model by weight coefficient.Thirdly,the model was solved by improving the grey wolf algorithm.Finally,the simulation verification was carried out on the IEEE33 node system.The results show that the pro-posed strategy can reduce the voltage fluctuation and network loss effectively.
