基于交叉码头的LNG罐式集装箱多式联运路径优化

为了更好地指导LNG(liquefied natural gas)罐式集装箱多式联运路径决策与成本优化,以运输成本最小为目标函数,构建了基于交叉码头的LNG罐式集装箱多式联运路径优化数学模型,研究了 LNG接收站-交叉码头-客户的三级多式联运网络.运用两阶段法,第一阶段求解基于交叉码头的整体运输路线规划问题;第二阶段以第一阶段为基础,解决了多式联运运输方式优化的问题.通过GAMS编程语言,采用CEPLEX和DICOPT求解器对模型进行算例求解后发现,与传统点对点直达的运输模式相比,采用交叉码头和多式联运相结合的方式,可以大幅度减少运输成本.同时,对交叉码头的容量和折扣系数进行敏感性分析发现,折扣系数和容量的变化会对运输方式、运输路线的选择以及整体的运输成本产生直接的影响.算例验证了本文提出的运输模型的有效性和可行性.采用本文提出的运输模型,将会很大程度上节约运输成本,可以为LNG供应企业提供参考.
Route Optimization of LNG Tank Container Multimodal Transport Based on Cross-dock
To better guide decision-making and cost optimization for LNG(liquefied natural gas)tank container multimodal transport routes,aimed at minimizing transportation costs,a mathematical model for optimizing LNG tank container multimodal transport routes based on transshipment terminals was constructed.The study investigated a three-tier multimodal transport network consisting of LNG receiving terminals,transshipment terminals,and customers.A two-stage approach was employed.The overall transportation route planning problem based on transshipment terminals was addressed in the first stage,while the optimization of multimodal transport modes was dealt with in the second stage,building upon the results of the first stage.The GAMS,CPLEX,and DICOPT solvers were used for instance analysis of models.The results revealed that,compared to the traditional point-to-point direct transportation mode,the combination of transshipment terminals and multimodal transport could significantly reduce transportation costs.Meanwhile,sensitivity analysis on the capacity and discount coefficient of cross docks was conducted in this paper,and it was found that changes in the discount coefficient and capacity would have a direct impact on the selection of transportation modes,transportation routes,and overall transportation costs.The case studies validated the effectiveness and feasibility of the transportation model proposed in this paper.The research showed that adopting the transportation mode proposed in this article was expected to significantly reduce transportation costs and provide valuable reference for LNG supply enterprises.
