基于Cesium的湟水流域地质灾害三维可视化与信息系统设计

为实现青海省湟水流域地质灾害可视化管理,提高灾害信息处理效率,通过倾斜摄影测量与实地调查,结合数据库、前后端等技术开展了灾害三维可视化系统和后台信息管理系统的设计与开发.三维可视化系统基于Cesium引擎,在具备地球多维显示、快速定位、底图添加功能的基础上,扩展开发了数据加载、空间处理、漫游展示3个特色模块,可以加载研究区的矢量数据、影像数据、倾斜摄影模型,能够满足空间量测的需求,实现了在模型上绘制标签并结合现场调查情况进行"隐患点+风险区"的双控分析.后台信息管理系统实现了对灾害基本情况、发展趋势,以及区域内降水、人口、GDP等信息的空间查询分析,为地质灾害风险评估、治理防护提供了技术支撑.
3D Visualization and Information System Design of Geological Hazard in Huangshui River Basin Based on Cesium
In order to achieve visual management of geological hazard in Huangshui River Basin of Qinghai Province and improve the efficiency of disaster information processing,the design and development of a disaster 3D visualization system and a backend information management system were carried out through oblique photogrammetry and field investigation,combined with database,front-end and back-end technologies.The 3D visualization system was based on the Cesium engine,which has the functions of multi-dimensional display of the earth,fast positioning,and base map addition.It has expanded and developed three characteristic modules:data loading,spatial processing,and roaming display.It can load vector data,image data,and oblique photography models of the research area,meeting the needs of spatial measurement.It has achieved the dual control analysis of"hidden danger points+risk areas"by drawing labels on the model and combining on-site investigation results.The backend information management system has achieved spatial query and analysis of basic disaster situations,development trends,precipitation,population,GDP and other information within the region,providing technical support for geological disaster risk assessment and protection.
