Comprehensive Transportation Superiority Degree of Yunnan Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Based on Open Data
Scientific evaluation of the transportation infrastructure development level of the planning area in the territorial spatial planning is of practical significance to improve the planning science.Using low-cost open data and starting from the essence of transportation,an evaluation model consisting of four factors was constructed to conduct a comprehensive transportation advantage study in the land spatial planning of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan.The results show that the use of open data can reduce the difficulty of model application and improve the precision and reliability of evaluation.The evaluation shows that the degree of comprehensive transportation superiority of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture coincides with the characteristics of its natural geospatial distribution,and it is obviously distributed in the form of a"belt",so the degree of advantage of the Lancang River belt should be given priority to be improved in the future.Based on the data analysis,it is beneficial to"shape by flow"in the layout.The analysis shows that the lack of fast road system is the biggest short board on the transportation supply side of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.In the urban network,its advantage in external transportation in Tibet and Sichuan is weak,and the channel construction needs to be strengthened urgently.The research can provide reference value for digital intelligence to realize the integrated development of transportation system and"three living spaces"and to apply the theory of comprehensive transportation superiority in territorial spatial planning at prefecture and city level.
