Construction Projects in High Altitude Areas Based on Interval Binary Semantic Information Emergency Response Capacity Evaluation
In order to scientifically evaluate the emergency capacity building status of construction projects in high-altitude areas, based on crisis management theory,an evaluation index system for emergency capacity building of construction projects in high-altitude areas was established. The evaluation index system includes indicators such as physiological reactions of operators, selection and preparation of high-altitude emergency rescue equipment, and selection of material supply chain networks. The interpretive structural model was used to construct a multi-level hierarchical structural model for emergency capacity building, the correlation between indicators was analyzed, and the importance of each indicator was calculated through the network analytic hierarchy process.Calculations show that the importance of the emergency preparedness stage(weight 0.515 6)is the highest.Based on this, interval binary semantic information was used to determine the status of emergency capacity building level of a building construction project in a high altitude area. The results show that the evaluation index system can provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of this type of emergency response capacity, and its evaluation results can reflect the actual situation of emergency response capacity building.
