Calculation Method of the Advanced Closing Time of Post-subsidence Pouring Belt Considering and Pile Bottom Sediment:Taking Fuyang Qinwang Square Complex Project as an Example
In order to reasonably determine the advanced closing time of the post-subsidence pouring belt,the research on the closing time of the post-subsidence pouring belt was carried out considering the effect of pile bottom sediment.Based on the results of model test and in-situ pile test results of Qinwang Square complex project,a single pile settlement model considering the effect of pile bottom sediment was proposed.Based on the settlement model of single pile,the earliest sealing time of the post-subsidence pouring belt was calculated according to the common combination of working conditions during construction,and the change of the stiffness of single pile under floating load was considered.The results show these as follows.When the sediment thickness meets the design requirements,the differential settlement caused by the combined conditions of dead load,live load and floating load is the largest,but when the sediment thickness is large,the combined conditions of dead load and live load will change to the control condition.When the sediment thickness is small,the differential settlement develops linearly under all working conditions.In this case,the late deformation can be predicted by the observed sedimentation value in the early stage.When the sediment thickness is large,the closing time of the post-subsidence pouring belt is significantly delayed,or even cannot be closed in advance.
