地热水腐蚀与结垢研究现状与展望

随着全球能源需求的不断增加和环境污染问题的加剧,地热能作为一种清洁、可再生的能源形式备受瞩目.然而,地热水腐蚀和结垢问题一直是地热能开发中的一大难题,也是制约其应用的主要因素之一.腐蚀会导致管道泄漏,造成昂贵的维修费用,还可能导致设备故障;结垢物则会阻碍水的流动或降低传热效率,导致能源成本增加.因此,了解地热水的腐蚀特性和结垢组成对于选择适当的抗腐蚀材料和维护技术、延长设备使用寿命、确保地热能利用系统的稳定运行至关重要.阐述在地热水开发中腐蚀和结垢的特点,梳理地热水的水质特征及腐蚀结垢趋势预测的研究方法,分析影响地热井管网腐蚀的几个重要因素(高温、CO2、溶解氧、Cl-、H2S)造成管道的腐蚀和结垢的特性,总结腐蚀和结垢的机理,以期为地热能的开发和利用提供一定的参考.
Review of Geothermal Water Corrosion and Scaling
With the increasing global energy demand and the aggravation of environmental pollution,geothermal energy has attrac-ted considerable attention as a clean and renewable form of energy.However,corrosion and scaling of geothermal water has always been a major problem in the development of geothermal energy,and it is also one of the main factors restricting its application.Corrosion can lead to pipe leaks,expensive repairs,and possibly equipment failure.Scaling blocks the flow of water or reduces the efficiency of heat transfer,leading to increased energy costs.Therefore,it is important to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure the stable operation of the geothermal energy utilization system,understanding the corrosion characteristics and scaling composition of geothermal water,selecting appropriate corrosion resistant materials and maintenance technologies,extending the service life of equipment.First-ly,the characteristics of corrosion and scaling in the development of geothermal water were described.Secondly,the water quality characteristics of geothermal water and the research methods of corrosion and scaling trend prediction were summarized.Finally,by analyzing the characteristics of pipeline corrosion and scaling caused by several important factors(high temperature,CO2,dissolved oxygen,Cl-,H2S)that affect the corrosion of geothermal well pipe network,the mechanism of corrosion and scaling was summarized.It is supposed to provide some reference for the development and utilization of geothermal energy.
