开发极地海洋油气是世界能源可持续发展的需求,而海上漂浮输油软管是海上浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置(float-ing liquefied natural gas system,FLNG)到穿梭油轮输送原油的重要设备.低温环境会造成部分材料特性改变,橡胶软管逐渐变硬,甚至丧失原有的弹性,影响产品的性能.扭转刚度是评价输油软管力学性能的一项重要指标.使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立内径500 mm的输油软管,对低温环境下海洋输油软管进行整体扭转特性分析.分析发现,聚酯帘线提供了软管的主要扭转刚度,温度和橡胶软管结构参数对软管扭转刚度具有重要影响.有限元仿真数据和实验值偏差为10%,验证了有限元分析方法的合理性,相关研究成果可为管道设计提供参考.
Torsional Performance of Marine Oil Rubber Hose under a Low-temperature Environment
The development of polar marine oil and gas is the demand for the sustainable development of the world's energy,and the polar low-temperature environment will cause the rubber hose to gradually harden,and the original elasticity will be lost in serious ca-ses,affecting its product performance.Offshore oil hoses are important export equipment for offshore FPSOs to shuttle tankers.The hose is generally a composite structure,which is vulcanized and fused by structural layers of different forms and material characteristics from the inside to the outside.The elastic material parameters of rubber and polyester cord were obtained through uniaxial tensile tests.The overall torsional characteristics of marine oil hoses were analyzed using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The analysis found that the cord provides the main torsional stiffness of the hose.The temperature and structural parameters of rubber hose signifi-cantly influence the torsional stiffness of the hose.The rationality of the finite element analysis is verified,and the relevant research re-sults can provide a reference for pipeline design.
